Apprenticeship Opportunities

If you are a kind and caring individual with a passion for working with children, we have Apprenticeship opportunities available to help you kickstart your career in childcare. We will provide you with the necessary tools to help you achieve your childcare qualification and the management team will support you at each step along the way of your apprenticeship programme.

Upon successful completion of your qualification, our Apprentices usually stay on to work at Whanau Day Nursery as a qualified Nursery Practitioner, with many later progressing even further into Room Lead, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager roles.
